By accessing and using Project Revelare ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Project Revelare is a digital forensics and investigation platform that provides tools, resources, and interactive fiction games for cybersecurity professionals, investigators, and enthusiasts. The service includes case management tools, evidence processing capabilities, educational resources, and entertainment content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Upload malicious software or engage in hacking activities

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Project Revelare makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Project Revelare, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
